The park is located at 18th Street and Illinois Street in San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood. It’s easily accessible via the Muni Metro Light Rail T-Line, which stops a short walk away. Street parking is available, though it can be limited during peak hours. Additional paid parking is available nearby in the Mission Bay area.

Currently, there are portable restrooms and a handwashing station available. Permanent public restrooms are planned to open on the northwest side of Building 49 in early 2025.

Yes! Crane Cove Park is dog-friendly and will soon be home to a designated 6,000-square-foot dog run where dogs can play off-leash. For now, dogs seem to play everywhere in the park. Please ensure your dog is on a leash and cleaned up after during your visit
